US State Department: Afghan citizens living in the US can bring their family members to this country

The US State Department announced that Afghan citizens who have US citizenship can now request to invite their family members to this country by registering a request.

According to this ministry, the process of issuing visas is done urgently for humanitarian reasons. It is also said that people who came to this country through “Green Card” or through special immigrant visa “CIV” can request to invite their family members to America by registering an application.

The US State Department has written on its website that citizens of this country may have the necessary conditions to invite their family members such as spouses, children, parents, siblings and unmarried adult children, therefore they can invite them to America to apply for an immigrant visa.
