According to the Global Liveability Index (EIU) in 2022, Vienna, the capital of Austria, was recognized as the best city in the world to work and live.
In the list released on Wednesday, August 3 by the Economist Information Unit (EIU), the world’s best cities to live and work have been identified.
This year, Vienna, the capital of Austria, topped the list. Vienna achieved this excellence because of its unique art and culture, excellent health facilities and services, conditions and quality of education in all categories.
Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, was announced as the second best city in the world and scored slightly lower than Vienna in the three categories of health, culture and environment.
Canada’s Calgary and Switzerland’s Zurich took the third place together, and Vancouver took the fifth place.
