Excessive exercise causes premature aging

New research shows that excessive physical activity accelerates the aging process in people. In the past, we thought that the more we exercise, the slower we age, but new research shows that this hypothesis is not true.

The New York Post writes in its report: New research by the US National Library of Medicine shows that exercise is not the main key to human longevity, and you cannot achieve a long life by exercising too much.

According to scientists, exercise not only does not make people live longer, but too much of it may also accelerate the aging process. They say that these new findings are the result of 45 years of research.

Although this research has recently been able to win the Finnish National Sports Medicine Award, it still needs more discussion and investigations.

Researchers at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland say that the belief that in the past people believed that the more physical activity they have, the younger they will be and the longer their life will be, is not true. They say that exercising is only a small part of this big picture and sometimes it may even have a negative effect on the health and longevity of people.

Scientists believe that the healthy lifestyle of people has a greater impact on the longevity of people than exercise. They believe that people can achieve their maximum life by having a healthy lifestyle along with balanced physical activity and not too much.
