The function of body organs shows the biological age of people

Date of birth does not indicate your real age, but your real age depends on your physical condition. The function of different parts of the body determine how old you are. Lifestyle and diet have a great impact on keeping body parts young.

According to the New York Post, your biological age has nothing to do with your chronological age. In other words, the candles you put on your birthday cake do not show your real age, but only your date of birth.

As a senior researcher, Michael Snyder and his group found that four metabolic, immune, hepatic, and nephrotic factors that are related to the kidneys play an important role in aging and puberty.

He says that their research was carried out by researching a large part of molecules and taking numerous samples from volunteers over the years, and it fully shows the aging process of humans.

He also says that this group has been able to find certain patterns in the aging process of humans at the molecular level with the research they have done in this field, although there were slight differences for some people.

This research was conducted on 43 male and female volunteers who were in perfect health and lasted for two years.

In this study, researchers studied and evaluated samples of blood, feces, genetic material, microbes and proteins five times.

They also managed to discover 608 molecules that are related to the effect of aging on different organs of the body, and then divided the biomarkers into four age groups: metabolic, immune, hepatic, nephrotic or renal.
