In an event on Monday, November 7, 2022, held at the Casa Cipriani complex in New York, a number of designers, models, celebrities and fashion industry owners gathered. In this ceremony, CFDA fashion awards were presented to the winners.
American actress Natasha Lyonne was the presenter of the program, who performed this ceremony along with the owners and greats of the fashion industry such as Gabriela Hearst, Aurora James, Joseph Altuzarra, Jack McCullough and Lazaro Hernandez.
The event honored the fashion achievements of 2022 and celebrated the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
Among the people present at this event are actress Christina Ricci, singer Cher, actress Keke Palmer, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, director and actress Kerry Washington, and actor and comedian Joel Kim Booster.
The winners of this ceremony were selected in advance, but the winners of the menswear designer, womenswear designer, accessories, and emerging designer categories were introduced live and awarded to them.
